Proxy Form - District 35 Spring Convention
Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education:

Your Club's voice needs to be heard on matters coming up before the meeting that require your input and your Club's vote. Each Club receives two votes. Here are some additional points.

-Club Presidents and Club VPs of Education each have one vote.
-Votes can be delegated to a club member using the proxy forms below.
-Votes may only be cast in person at the Spring Convention on May 3rd in Manitowoc.
-No voter can carry more than two votes.
-Ballots may be picked up at the credentials table. See Spring Convention flyer for more detail.
-The following District 35 officers each receive one vote: District Governor, Lt. Governor Education and
Training, Lt. Governor Marketing, Immediate Past District Governor, District Public Relations Officer, District Treasurer, District
Secretary, Division Governor, Area Governor
